i was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but the room was dirty and the eggs at breakfast were undercooked, just nasty! i also would have loved a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but alas, that seems too much for them. in summary, i received no special treatment whatsoever. truly disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 27 Sept
The facilities do need some attention, with reports of dusty skirting boards and a small sink that lacks plugs nearby for convenience. Guests also mentioned a slight discomfort from overly soft mattresses, limited socket placements for charging devices, and occasional fluctuations in hot water during busy hours. The breakfast room can feel cramped when fully occupied, making it less than ideal who prefer more space to relax and enjoy their meals.

A lovely garden provides a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring, and the poached eggs at breakfast were perfectly done. the room had a noticeable lack of cleanliness, with dusty corners and an uncomfortable bed that felt excessively soft. The amenities were somewhat limited, with too few electrical sockets available for charging devices. The remote location is tranquil but requires a vehicle for easy access to nearby attractions, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

What a lovely stay! The spacious room was super comfy, and the location was just perfect for exploring the area. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like fresh milk and a fridge on the landing!
The bathroom tap had more drama than a reality show—who knew turning it on would be such a challenge? I almost auditioned for a splashy water ballet!
